• Curly pasta (durum wheat) – 100 g;
  • Mushrooms – 400 g;
  • Bacon – 100 g;
  • Tomatoes – 4 pcs;
  • Eggs – 3 pcs;
  • 22% sour cream – 1/2 cup;
  • Butter PEASANT sweet unsalted – 4 tbsp.;
  • Grated cheese – 150 g;
  • Parsley, chopped – 1 tbsp;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Black pepper, salt to taste.

How to cook:

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, fold it in a colander, and then add butter.

Slice mushrooms, cut bacon into strips. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin, and cut the flesh into large cubes.

Fry the bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes in butter, salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs with sour cream, add cheese, herbs, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and mix well.

In a greased form lay the half of pasta, then – a layer of mushrooms with bacon and tomatoes, pour the remaining pasta by the mixture of egg noodles and cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
