Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 3 cups
  • Buckwheat flour – 1 cup
  • Sour cream – 2 cups
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Egg whites – 5 pcs.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Yeast – 30 g
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt

Way of cooking:

Dissolved yeast in a mixture of warm milk and water, add the buckwheat flour, stir and put the dough in a warm place.

Combine sour cream with wheat flour and knead the dough sparsely. Add the whipped egg whites, melted butter, salt, sugar and stir.
