Cheesecake TENDER

You need:

  • 180 g of biscuits,
  • 90 g of butter,
  • 200 g of low-fat cheese (like ricotta)
  • 200 g of fat-free cottage cheese,
  • 200 g of fat-free yogurt,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 150 g of powdered sugar,
  • 2 tsp. of vanillin.

How to cook:

Crush cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Put the mass into a form and distribute it over the bottom and walls (to get a side of about 2-3 cm in high). Bake in preheated to 160 C oven for about 10 minutes.

Mix cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, add beaten eggs, then sugar and vanilla. Pour the homogeneous mass into the form with pastry, bake for 30-40 minutes, placing the form on the oven-tray filled with water. Put ready to remove cheesecake into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and garnish with grated chocolate, fruit or berries.

Serve with juice, green tea.
